May is Older Americans Month, a time to recognize and celebrate the contributions of older Americans and share information to help older Americans stay healthy and active. This year, the theme for Older Americans Month is Safe Today. Healthy Tomorrow. By taking control of their safety, older Americans can live longer, healthier lives.

Minnesota Governor Mark Dayton proclaimed May as Older Americans Month.
